Litigation - Expert witness testimony 

TLC provides expert witness testimony in cases related to forestry, which require or may require litigation. Unfortunately, this situation comes up frequently, often because someone did not seek the forestry help they needed in advance. TLC acquires field data needed for court cases and serves as expert forestry witness in cases involving timber trespass or other claims. Though it is unpleasant when such situations arise, we are able to represent our clients' interests with a high degree of credibility.
